Thank you for your interest in Infant Swimming Resource. We value your commitment to keeping your child safe around the water. Through the ISR program, your child can learn critical survival skills and a foundation for lifelong enjoyment of the water.

1. Please read the PARENT ENROLLMENT PACKET in its entirety. Print two copies. Submit one copy with BOTH parent signatures to ISR Tallahassee. Retain the second copy for your records.

2. Please read the WAIVER OF LIABILITY in its entirety. Print two copies. Submit one copy with BOTH parent signatures to ISR Tallahassee. Retain the second copy for your records.

3. Complete the NATIONAL REGISTRATION by going to this link and submitting payment. Each certified ISR instructor throughout the nation/world has a unique website for their students. If you have scheduling concerns, please address them with me prior to completing this registraton as the National Organization will not refund registration fees.

4. NEW!!! Now you can pay online for lessons using PayPal. You will need to pay for at least 1 week before you can reserve a time for your child's lessons.  If you would prefer to pay by cash or check, your child will be scheduled up on receipt of paymant.

5. AFTER completing the first four steps, you may reserve a time for your child's lesson by sending an e-mail to info@ISRTallahassee.com with your name, the age of your child and a receipt number from PayPal showing week 1 payment. 

Scheduling Considerations:

• Lessons are on a first come first serve basis. 
• Please remember in selecting lesson times that consistency and repetition are extremely important. 
• You will need to be able to dedicate a continuous 4-6 weeks to lessons. 
• Consider nap times, feeding times, and planned vacations when scheduling swim course month and times.  Students should not have anything to eat 1½ - 2 hours prior to lessons.
  

Student lessons will not begin until the student previously in a given time slot has completed his/her lessons. Safety is our priority and I will not conclude a child's lessons until I believe their skills are complete. Early registration is highly recommended to better accommodate the time and month you desire.

You MUST have the following items on the First Day of Lessons:

1. Parent Enrollment Packet (Signed by both Parents)
2. Waiver of Liability (Signed by both Parents)
3. Each Child's Registration Approval (Signed by both Parents)
4. Printed copy of your PalPal confirmation
5. Completed B.U.D.S. Sheet
6. Three (3) Towels
7. Two (2) Swim Diapers (if needed)

Please Note: NO child will be allowed in the water without all of the proper documentation and equipment.
