THE POOL IS TYPICALLY HEATED TO 86 DEGREES F.
IT WILL ALWAYS REMAIN BETWEEN 78 DEGREES AND 88 DEGREES FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.
2008 SCHEDULE
Lessons for the 2008 swim season will begin Monday, April 7, 2008. Registration will open in February.
Unless otherwise discussed, please plan for the following amount of time for the lessons based on your child's age...
Infant 6-12 months - Rollback-to-Float program - Please plan for 4 weeks.
Chldren 1-6 years - Swim-Float-Swim program - Please plan for 6 weeks.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE FOR THE 2008 SEASON ON AUGUST 18, 2008.
*NEW STUDENTS ENROLLED AFTER 8/18/08 WILL BE SCHEDULED TO SWIM IN 2009.

PLEASE NOTE: Student lessons will not begin until the student previously in a given time slot has
completed his/her lessons. Safety is our priority and I will not conclude a child's lessons until I believe their
skills are complete. Please e-mail me to confirm your start date the week prior to anticipated start date.
I will let you know if the child in that time slot needs a little extra time.
Private Facility- Located at 5333 High Colony Drive, Tallahassee, FL.
This location is just off E. Mahan Drive in the Buck Lake Area.
I teach at a private facility, which is also my home.
The reason for this is that I find the environment to be
less distracting than a public facility where other children
are playing nearby. Since lessons are only 10 minutes, I
believe in being as efficient with our time as possible.
I want children to learn survival skills not just have parents paying
for lessons. For that reason, I will provide an environment conducive
to allowing your child to focus on the task at hand.
Directions from town
Take Mahan Drive East. Cross over Capital Circle.
Continue on Mahan for approximately 2 miles. Take a Right on Highland
Drive. Go around the curve and make a Left onto High Colony Drive.
Go almost to cul-de-sac and it is a two story yellow house on the right.
Directions from I-10
Take I-10 (probably east) to exit 209A,
which is the Highway 90 exit. Go west to Tallahassee approximately
2 miles. Take a Left on Highland Drive. Go around the curve and
make a Left onto High Colony Drive. Go almost to cul-de-sac and it
is a two story yellow house on the right.
Please note: This may not be the most convenient location for your family. There are currently three instructors
in the Tallahassee area. The other two instructors are
both are located in the Foxcroft neighborhood off Thomasville Road near Kerry Forest Parkway. Please feel free
to contact them should you find the location better suited to your needs. We all work as a team to provide the \
most efficient swim lessons in the area. Below you will find links to their schedules.
