Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions section. Here we've tried to
provide answers to our most common questions. If you don't
find the
answer here please feel free to contact us or for more information.
How
do I register my child for ISR
lessons?
- Please use the link that you received as an auto-response to your e-mail request.
- Once you click on the link or copy and paste it into your web browser you will be taken to your instructors Online Registration console.
- Please read through all the directions on first page and then click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button at the bottom.
- You will be taken to the Create a Login page. Please write down the email address and password that you use as you will need to keep this information for further access to your account.
- Please
follow all the registration steps until
you have made the final payment.
If for some reason you have to stop during the middle of registration or you are disconnected, your information is automatically saved in the system. Just use your same login information that you wrote down and you will be taken right where you left off in the registration process.
How do I sign up for a update/refresher lesson for my child?
Please use the unique URL that your instructor provided you for Online Registrations. There you will need to use the SAME login information that you used when you first registered your child. Do not create a new registration account as you will not be able to sign up for refresher lessons this way. Once you log into the console you will see your childs name and an UPDATE button right next to their name. Please use this button to register your child for an update course. If you do not see your childs name please use the UPDATE A PAPER REGISTRATION button at the bottom of the console.link
What if I originally registered my child by paper?
Since you originally signed up before our online registration system was implemented simply follow these directions:
- Use the URL that your instructor gave you for online registration. If you do not have one please ask your current instructor about this.
- Once there read through the text and then click the bottom right button CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
- Once you enter your email and password you want for the new account click CREATE LOGIN to move to the next step.
- Now you will be in the registration console. At the bottom there is a button that says UPDATE A PAPER REGISTRATION. Click this button.
- Now you will enter your childs first name, last name, and birth date.
- Once
submitted it should pull your childs info
summary up to verify it is the correct child.
Once verified you can move to the next step which is just entering the appropriate info to complete the registration process. - If
you're registering refresher courses for more than one child, when you
are done with the first child you simply need to follow steps 4 through
6 again for the second child.
***Please do NOT use the START A NEW REGISTRATION button as your child is not a new student, they are returning. Use the button specified in step 4.
What if I accidentally started a new registration instead of an update?
On the right side of the Online Registration console you will see a link that says CANCEL. This will allow you to cancel your new registration so you can register for an Update using the procedure found above.
How to reset my online registration password?
Please use the unique URL that your instructor provided you for Online Registrations. Click the LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT button. There you will find a link above where you enter your email address that says RESET. Use that link to reset your password.
How do I reprint the forms for my child to start lessons?
Please use the unique URL that your instructor provided you for Online Registrations. Login to Online Registration using your login information. There in the Online Registration Console you will be able to print out the forms you need to start lessons using the link that is by your childs name.
What do I do if I lost the link to Online Registration?
Please ask your instructor to resend you the link . The auto-response from register@ISRtallahassee.com will only send you the link one time.
